While Chan’s English still leaves a lot to be desired, his acting skills were on point. Depth of emotion was written all over his aging face. The plot slowly builds, and doesn’t reveal Chan to be a serious badass right away. The action was fun, like in all of his movies, but there was definitely a more serious tone than we are accustomed to. A solid production all around for the action genre.
