Too long. Too dark. Too crazy. 

Despite a 3 hour running time, it still felt like pieces were missing. Many scenes didn't make sense, interrupting the flow.

Predictable but fun. Jeremy Piven & Eugene Levy had me cracking up.

Click (2006)

Most of the humor comes from the many supporting characters in small roles. You've seen this story played out a million different ways already. This time around, it's with a remote.

I need Total Recall to remember all the plot holes this film contained. Nice visuals though.

Van Helsing (2004)

Terrible. Everything was terrible. From the script to the acting to the plot. Not even the special effect laden fight scenes can distract you from how bad the film is. AVOID!!

Brokedown Palace (1999)

I saw this after my trip to Thailand, or I may have been a bit more on edge. There are posters in the hostels trying to encourage travelers to visit foreigners who have landed themselves in prison. Anyway, the movie was well done. Claire is a fantastic actress and elevates the film.

Underworld: Awakening (2012)

Just as ridiculous as the first three, but even more poorly acted, if you can believe it. At least they remained consistent.

Very much like the first, which is a shame. Was hoping to see some improvements. Backstory does not equal plot.

Cartoonish and clichéd. Nothing new or interesting. The best thing going for it is Kate Beckinsale’s skin tight leather outfit.

An average action thriller about smuggling and betrayal. Nothing to write home about.
