This film gave me severe anxiety and a slight tummy ache. Agonizingly long scenes of suspenseful music where I’m waiting for something to scare the living shit out of me.Does that make for a fun moviegoing experience? For some. For me; a little bit. But I need some lighter moments and perhaps some comedy to break up the tension. There was no laughter.
I do like that moment in movies where all the doubters finally learn the truth and stop thinking the victim is crazy. It’s usually followed by their untimely death, but still.
