I need to keep watching
documentaries like this—Food Inc., Super Size Me, etc.—in order to remind
myself to eat better. I get renewed motivation every time. Forks Over Knives is
about how eating a whole food, plant based diet can not only keep you healthy,
but combat many of the chronic diseases we face. It’s a solid documentary with
many compelling arguments. The only thing I would have changed is perhaps to
include more practical information about how the average person can transition
to this diet—shopping, cost, preparation, and lifestyle.
