There’s a reason this particular food documentary wasn’t as successful as Food Inc. and others—it comes off more as an investigative journalism piece, rather than an entertaining, educational film. Pseudo scientists, experts, and random nutritionists are thrown at you a mile a minute. It’s hard to know to what extent you should trust these opinions that are being presented as facts.
Don’t get me wrong. I think there was a lot of good and accurate information given. However it could have been packaged and presented in a more consumable manner. Worth seeing.
